Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Klaam. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

Where we ship
We currently ship across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us at [support@klaam.shop] before placing your order.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within [3–7] working days, depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) are usually faster than remote areas. These are estimates, not guarantees, and courier delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping charges
[Flat shipping of Rs. 300 applies to all orders / Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 4000; a flat Rs.300 applies below that]. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Courier partners
We dispatch through trusted courier services including [TCS, Leopards, PostEx, M&P]. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by [SMS/WhatsApp/email] to follow your parcel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. To keep COD available for all our customers, we ask that you accept confirmed orders — repeated refusals of confirmed COD parcels may limit COD eligibility on future orders.

Failed or missed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery [up to 2–3 times]. If delivery repeatedly fails due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or unavailability, the parcel is returned to us and the order may be cancelled.

Damaged or incorrect parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [support@klaam.shop] or [WhatsApp: +92-3184315079] with photos, and we'll make it right.
