What fabrics do you use? +
We carefully select premium fabrics including Seersucker (breathable cotton), Shamoz Silk, Chiffon Brochure, and Grip Silk. Each fabric is chosen for its softness, breathability, and quality feel against the skin.
How fast is delivery? +
We deliver across Pakistan in 3–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation call or message before delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? +
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across all major cities in Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required.
Can I exchange a size? +
Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.
How do I care for my Klaam pieces? +
We recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat. For silk and chiffon pieces, dry cleaning is preferred.
