Klaam is designed for children aged 7–14 years. Our sizing is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate this age group, with generous fits that allow for growth and movement. We believe this is a beautiful, overlooked age group — old enough to have a sense of style, young enough to still need comfort and care.

We use premium natural fabrics — primarily soft cottons, textured weaves, and breathable blends. Every fabric is selected for comfort, durability, and that beautiful tactile quality that makes clothing feel special. Our pieces get softer with every wash — a quality we consider essential, not incidental.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements for chest, waist, hips, and height. We recommend measuring your child and comparing to our size chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed, Klaam-aesthetic fit. Our silhouettes are designed to be generous — not fitted.

We recommend machine washing on a gentle/cold cycle or hand-washing for best results. Avoid harsh detergents. Iron on low heat or steam. Detailed care instructions are printed on each garment's inner label. Treated with care, your Klaam pieces will last beautifully — which is exactly how we designed them.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across major Pakistani cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) takes 3–5 business days. Other cities may take 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer COD for orders across Pakistan. Online payment via debit/credit card is also available at checkout. We want the shopping experience to be as easy and trustworthy as possible for every Klaam family.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Please reach out to us immediately at hello@klaam.shop or via WhatsApp if you need to cancel. We'll do our best to help.

Yes, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. We understand that children's sizing can be tricky — and we want every piece to fit perfectly.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you, including covering return shipping. Please report any defects within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order ID to hello@klaam.shop.

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are not eligible for exchange or return, unless they are defective. We recommend carefully reviewing sizing before purchasing sale items.
