7-Day Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Request
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details and the reason for exchange
- Ship the item back via a reliable courier to our address
- Once received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched
