Eligibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Returned in original condition
- Accompanied by all original tags and packaging
Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within the 7-day timeframe.
Once your request is acknowledged:
- The item should be sent back via a reliable courier service
- All returned items undergo careful inspection before approval
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Shipping
Return shipping costs are arranged and borne by the customer.
In the unlikely event of a defective or incorrect item, Klaam will take full responsibility for the return shipping.
Please Note
- Worn, altered, or tagless items will not be accepted
- Replacement availability cannot always be guaranteed
- Klaam reserves the right to decline requests that do not comply with this policy
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
